1. Ubiquity

Online payment is ubiquitous, meaning it is available just about everywhere at all times. For example, television and radio when they want to receive your payment before in old days, you need to go to a specific place, like a bank or Western union outlet to pay them for their goods. Import Export Business Required Documents By: William R. Nabaza of www.Nabaza.com

Import Export Business Required Documents By: William R. Nabaza of www.Nabaza.com

This knowledge and training I got to learn when I was International Sales Manager of a reputable cctv company in the Philippines.

Healthspark

There's a saying that import and export business has nothing much to do with the products as compared with import/export documentations. Correct paperworks play huge roles and cannot be underplayed in accurately organizing your very own import and export business. At first, don't worry you don't have to do everything appoint someone knowledgeable in this area who can assist you in import and export documentations, he or she needs to have import export credentials for your company to have good reputation for your global trading. Later on, as the company grows with you, you need to learn about these things to do it on your own.

From country to country there are little variation in essential import export documentations and are sure to include the following:

1. Letter of Credit - Application letter for making payments for imported items, once the required papers are turned over. It mainly states that importer's bank guarantees payment provided the entire import export documentations specified in it are in order.

2. Purchase Order - A trade requirement mainly for financing purposes. You as a buyer/importer needs to prove the order to your bank first to organize a provisional loan or this is to prove to the Customs that the entire thing is legitimate and true.

3. Certificates of Origin - Differing countries have different limitations on the entrance of new commodities from other countries, and may apply duties to these commodities or ban them altogether. We're looking at tax benefits on the other hand, on specified items from specific supply sources. In such cases, the Exporter will require from the Importer this certificate which is certified by importer's country's designated regulatory authority.

4. Bill of Lading - When commodities are sent via sea route, a required shpment documentations for sea consignments are presented as further proof that commodities are sent by the supplier.

5. Airway Bill - This is same with bill of lading except this is documents when products are delivered via air shipment.

6. Inspection or Quality credential - Vital documents required by Importers getting an examination of goods prior shipment, making sure that deal is established in accordance to the buyer's requirement.

7. Packing List - Basically a list of all the cardboard boxes contained in the container and the contents lists inside the boxes.

Slim Weight Patch

8. Invoice - this essential document will outline the complete synopsis of merchandise and is invoiced in the currency of sale.

9. Others - Detailed documents requirements from country to country. For example, Australia has strict quarantine limitations governing trade of animal and food items, be sure to know these and secure a permit or subject your animal and food items to an inspection and quarantine requirement.

This should not be taken lightly hence the reason to hire staff under you that knows such things and are already experienced with years to save you in future heartbreaks and huge money losses.

How To Monetize Your Video Blogs? By: William R. Nabaza of www.Nabaza.com

How To Monetize Your Video Blogs? By: William R. Nabaza of www.Nabaza.com

Now a days text blogging is already ancient history and if you want to catch to the new times, video blogging is in or commonly called "vlogging". Vlogging uses videos instead of printing text to get the point across. It is simply posting a video on a site with the intention of getting comments, feedbacks or simply making a journal about you, your surroundings, your hobbies, your products and services. To get your free vlog, you can signup on blogger.com/blogpost.com only you'll be using an embed code instead of an ASCII text.

Before we can monetize our text content on our website, post it on a website, an article directory, a blog, a forum and that's about it, we live on text clicks as they say. Now videos have arrived and also fast connection that can accommodate it, it's time to monetize the videos instead of the text. You might say yeah it's easy just set up a webpage then put on google adsense all around the video. It is still monetizing the text content of the website not the video itself.

You might say again yeah, adbrite.com, revver.com, and even amazon video ads can do this for us, why do we need to learn from you another video monetization program that will do this for us?

For your information, adbrite.com, amazon.com and revver.com already stopped monetizing their videos, revver.com does still does it, but it's so difficult to upload to the said website. Amazon.com Affiliate Program have stopped inserting ads on your videos but have replaced it with their own mp3/video that can play on your website, still monetizing the website instead of the video. Just refer to the links below for the video monetization update of each website.

Ten High Quality Products You Can Sell On Ebay During Recession By: William R. Nabaza of www.Nabaza.com

Ten High Quality Products You Can Sell On Ebay During Recession By: William R. Nabaza of www.Nabaza.com

Of all things that have been said, ebay business is a recession proof online business, that is if you know what to sell. Here are some 10 examples of products that you can still make money on during recession times.

1. Sell kid's clothing. You have a guaranteed marketer for you, that's the kids, who will convince their parents to buy them latest kid's clothes at a bargain price and most parents in the U.S. are convinced ebay is the bargain portal for kid's clothings.

2. Sell Gourmet coffee. This is an alternative to Starbucks but still people are addicted to these types of coffees, but sell it at a lesser price, run a search on ebay and see their prices, get the average and offer a dollar or couple of dollars lower, find the supplier that can meet your requirements and starbucks ebay is born.

3. Sell DIY (Do It Yourself) Tools, How to Instructions. During recession people tend to be creative and instead of paying somebody else to do it, they tend to do it themselves to minimize the cost but still they need someone to tell them step by step what to do. That's where you come in.

4. Sell Gym Membership. Even in recession times, people want to be fit, that's where you come in, a partnership on a local gym might be needed, the agreement is you market them on ebay since you're almost always online. Find a gym that have an owner but doesn't have an internet presence.

5. Sell Infant Accessories. Baby and infant accessories, in fact people when upset tend to make more babies as a hobby, don't ask me why but it is a fact, that's where you come in, these babies need accessories, then you can sell them at ebay.

6. Sell Games. I have two software here that I can create games just drag and drop but a little pricey, it's a good idea since people instead of watching movies, or going outside, they save money instead and stay at home but they got bored wanting to kill time, that's where you come in.

7. Sell electronic gadgets. See the frontpage of amazon.com, refresh it a couple of times, have you seen most of them are all electronics, they definitely know it's recession but they're still pushing their kindle, they know something we don't know. People want to learn during recession, adapt to the hard times, they want to keep up to their schedule, they need electronic gadgets, price it aggressively, you can sell new ones, slightly used or second hands and still bag some money.

8. Sell cooking gadgets, utensils, recipes and other kitchen paraphernalia. The restaurant industry is in big trouble, it's fun and convenient to go out and have lunch but people want to save money, they want to cook their own meal, learn some few recipes and they need to cook this using their own sturdy kitchen utensils, that's where you come in.

9. Sell business opportunities. They might come in a special report, or an ebook that you can sell teaching how to create home businesses and stay at home and work home. This is where you come in.

10. There are endless ideas. See your family, do you shop? Of course, you always shop, see what is always in the shopping basket. Stand in line near the cashier and see what people are buying these recession times, a little creativity and create your same product, same benefits but a slightly lower price and sell them at ebay. Same people are shopping almost everyday and they will sure to shop at ebay looking for more bargains.

Starting A New Import Export Business In The Hard Times By: William R. Nabaza of www.Nabaza.com

Starting A New Import Export Business In The Hard Times By: William R. Nabaza of www.Nabaza.com

Everyone seems to be complaining about the economic downturn during these bad times. Self denial and laziness is not the way to conquer it, it's about diversifying and learning of new different sources of income. Out comes your new import export business.

Adopt a proactive approach, learn that businesses are closing left and right, and majority if not all are huge suppliers, giving opportunities to small scale suppliers and the business and demand are left alone, this is a huge opportunity.

Here are some steps suggestion, success can't be built in one day remember that, and you might have to approach it differently compared to me, but at least I've shown you the way.

1. Visit a trade lead directory.

Alibaba.com is the choice for me. Think of it for a moment if you're gonna start your business online, might as well think big and go international.

2. Market Research.

Be sure there's profit to be made in every step, you end up as the winner. Ask yourself this question, do you have to keep inventory at first? Do you have to rely for a few months from a reputable supplier? Decisions have to be made and sacrifices as well. Poor research always lead to poor business decisions. If your are lacking in time, purchasing research reports is not a bad thing to do at first, you need to study and learn on your own. Ask these questions again, are there rising demands for that specific product you wish to market and sell? Who are these people that needs those products? Who are your competitors?

3. Have a marketing and business plan.

If you plan nothing, you will arrive at nothing. People in this type of business have become successful because they have learned to plan and keep it. Definitely, your media is offline and online to get the word out. Are there networks to tap into? Do you know the top people in this business? Can you contact some knowledgeable people and work your way in and get them as mentors. You don't always have to do it using money, there are people you might know that are friends of this people, and can show you the way for free. This is called also networking.

4. Do it.
Like what Nike have said, Just do it! Enough talk and research and make your hands dirty as they say. You are bound to fail but don't quit. Failing is good if you learn a lot about it and not to commit the same mistakes you have. Doing your homework gives you a good chance for success. Proceed to request for quotations. Choose the best or most optimal suppliers. The price is the last part or basis to decide on, there are other matters such as availability, support and quality of the product. Make allowances and start all over again.

5. Manage your cash flow.
Always think the best things in life are free. Be resourceful, you don't need always to pay as I've said. Be creative. Internet on the other hand is free and it offers free unlimited advertising on your part. Don't order it all in one day, slowly but surely study the demands and supplies. Order in small quantities of varying qualified products. Bundle them to new combinations thus creating new products to sell. Enjoy getting it at wholesale prices, always know the threshold of suppliers. Know contacts and use influences. For example a friend of mine referred me to his friend that ends up being a supplier of a prime commodity and I end up getting a wholesale price for items that are meant to be sold retail. What a favor I got!

There are many ways to earn money on the internet and one of the easiest & obvious ways is to become a virtual assistant. Let's define first what is a freelancer. What is freelancer? What is a virtual assistant? A freelancer, freelance worker, or freelance is a self-employed person who pursues a profession without a long-term commitment to any particular employer.
